Shipping & Delivery
Estimated delivery times will vary depending on the item and destination. Most orders arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after shipment. Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Some items may ship separately and arrive in more than one package.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order. Pearl & Merry is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a delivery issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you. Photos may be requested for damaged items.
